1. Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing a programme on The Tribe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been accessed by someone else. Accounts are for one person; sharing credentials may result in suspension.

3. Programme access

Purchasing a programme grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream its content for the access period shown at checkout. You may not download, copy, redistribute, resell or publicly display any part of it.

4. Payments

Prices are shown in the currency listed on the course page and include any taxes stated at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.

5. Health disclaimer

This is a physical training programme, not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting, particularly if you have an existing injury or condition. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for stopping when something hurts.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Do not upload or submit content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content.

7. Changes

We may update the programme, these terms or our pricing. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
